Unable to add new servers/issue with monitors' MQTT connectivity

@ask, just in case you’re not already aware:

At least I am currently unable to add new servers, getting the error message “Could not decode NTP response from trace server” on the page where the system should have checked the sanity of the server, and where it usually would ask to acknowledge I really want to add the server.

Possibly related, at least some of my monitors are complaining they can’t connect to the MQTT broker (have disabled logging to the system log for others so don’t immediately know how those feel about MQTT right now).

Thanks @MagicNTP. The MQTT monitoring said a couple hundred clients were connected (which is what the monitoring alerts on), but … yeah, it locked up sometime in the last 24 hours!

I’ll put on the todo to do some more active monitoring.
