Udp/37 missabuse

Hello,

I would like to point out again that the pool is beeing misused by alot of KPN static ip’s.(fixed.kpn.net)
They keep on using the TIME protocol (udp/37) vs the NTP protocol.

Does someone have some contact’s within KPN to address this issue once and for all?
