Measurement differences over IPv4 vs IPv6

I noticed that our comnpanies NTP server was having issues. Then I started to see issues on my home NTP server but only over IPv4. Over IPv6 both NTP servers at home are doing just fine.
You can see this on pool.ntp.org: Statistics for 46.243.43.43 and pool.ntp.org: Me Organized?'s pool servers

Could this be an issue with the monitoring server?
Has anyone else noticed similar issues?

@hugo , welcome to the community! Yes, there are certain networks, which are having connectivity issue with the main monitoring location over IPv4. It isn’t a problem with the monitoring server itself. All that is rather well-known, you may find multiple threads about that issue.
