Issues downloading user information data

Since a few days, I am having trouble downloading user information from the pool system. I can request for the system to collate the relevant information, but when it is done assembling the info, and offering me a link to actually download the data, I get the following kind of error message when following the link:

I’m getting the same error message. Slightly different RequestId, but that is to be expected.

@ask, just for your information that the issue still persists as of a few minutes ago (on the beta site as well).
