How to join the pool?

I have just a VPS, but a very well connected one :smiley: and in Stratum 2. I think me joining would do more help than harm. So, how do I in fact make it happen?

My NTP daemon is already configured to share time with anyone who asks, so presumably the only missing link is adding the IP address to the DNS.
