Forum Platform Software not sending password resets

Hey ASK! The platform software appears to not be sending me anything as a result of a requested password reset or forgotten password. I know my password, but I would like to change it for the internet cluster of ntp servers for a while now.

I’m a bit confused about what you want to do. If you have forgotten your password for the NTP server management page (not this forum), you need to go to the internet cluster of ntp servers and then click the Login / Add server button. On that page you’ll find a “Forgot password” link which, when clicked, asks for your email address. I just tested this and it sent me a password reset message by email just fine. Maybe also check your spam folder?
