Forum Platform Software not sending password resets

Hey ASK! The community.ntppool.org platform software appears to not be sending me anything as a result of a requested password reset or forgotten password. I know my password, but I would like to change it for pool.ntp.org: the internet cluster of ntp servers for a while now.

I’m a bit confused about what you want to do. If you have forgotten your password for the NTP server management page (not this forum), you need to go to pool.ntp.org: the internet cluster of ntp servers and then click the Login / Add server button. On that page you’ll find a “Forgot password” link which, when clicked, asks for your email address. I just tested this and it sent me a password reset message by email just fine. Maybe also check your spam folder?
