The issue you point out has been mentioned, e.g., here and here. It likely has to do with this and this. Which in turn are open items after a recent move of the backend infrastructure.
So all in all, your analysis that the issue is not on your end is right, and a bit more patience will likely be needed until the infrastructure issues get sorted out, I am afraid.
