I’ve had the same issue, I’m still getting traffic on my NTP servers but I can’t get into the manage pages or anything so I’m unsure what my score is, But it’s happening here on the East Coast of USA. One of my buddies said something about it probably being a load-balancer or something.
(Buddy is not associated with NTP Pool dot org, He is simply a tech nerd)

Paging @ask
The status pages (https://status.ntppool.org/) show everything operational, except for the graphs/system metrics but that clearly is a lie.

Same here. Seems to have been a problem for a while (my monitor, meant to monitor my redirect page, but configured incorrectly to follow the redirect; times are UTC+4).

It doesn’t look like the status page is monitoring ntppool.org? Might be a good idea to add it @ask ?

It should, “Public website” should show the status of www.pool.ntp.org / ntppool.org (the first redirects to the second URL)

But somehow it doesn’t work or the status just checks that a webserver is running and not that a reply status of 503 - Service unavailable is wrong and points to a problem in the backend.

Looks like the beta site is gone too: https://web.beta.grundclock.com/de/

The main website and server manage page have been out for a few days……Any idea when this outage will be solved? I believe this has caused some trouble to server operators who wanted to manage their servers this week.

Works for me now. It was probably related to the infrastructure migration, @Ask mentioned that will include a maintenance window for the web site but has not specified when that might be
