support.ntp.org is currently not working and throwing 502 errors
Thanks for reporting it, but this isn’t the right forum. That website is run by the ntp.org/nwtime.org crew, which is distinct from the pool.ntp.org/ntppool.org crew.
You might report it to the ticketing system at webmaster@ntp.org to hopefully tickle the right folks. I’ve also reported it to the responsible persons via Slack.
To be clear, I’m associated with ntp.org and just an enthusiastic server operator of ntppool.org. I generally use davehart@gmail.com but hart@ntp.org also eventually reaches me when the stars align.
