I’m seeing incredible latencies shown for various monitors for several of my pool servers on the US East coast, such as low 40s to multiple monitors in Russia, and about 70 msec to several Taiwan monitors.
Those servers have substantial outages reflected in their graphs, leading me to speculate that 0 msec latencies from i/o timeout reports might be averaged into the latencies shown as tooltips upon hovering over candidate monitors.
