Consistent 'i/o timeout' from monitor rupee1-38crthf across multiple servers

I am seeing consistent timeout on multiple servers from rupee1-38crthf across 3 of my Stratum 2 servers. The most effected server is 85.239.235.13 recently started and is trying to reach it’s initial 10.0 score.

I have pasted two of the timeout events from the most recent log of this server below.

Thanks, I’m a brand new volunteer provider and excited to be in the NTP Pool.

This happens to everybody.

You can not please every monitor on the planet, some have a poor path to you and timeout.

I see that on my servers also.

As for the score, it takes some time to go up, just wait a few more days.
Don’t worry about the few monitors that time-out, you should only be worried if they ALL timeout

Yes, good advice. It’s up 3 whole points since I posted this issue. I’ll me more patient. Thanks for the sanity check!

There currently seems to be an issue which makes it take extra long for the score of new servers to reach the 10 point threshold needed for being included in the pool. Before that, it took around a day. And with the previous monitoring system, it would even take less than half a day for a server to start contributing to the pool.
