I’d be surprised/disappointed if Samsung hard coded pool.ntp.org in their firmware. They should know better and register for a vendor zone (http://www.pool.ntp.org/vendors.html).
Also, there’s a problem with TP-Link routers (TP Link and NZ + AU servers), so it might be related.
