From some days I noticed that NTP TIME seems to be wrong
This command:
w32tm /stripchart /computer:0.pool.ntp.org /dataonly /samples:5
returns a time which is 1 minute and 50 seconds BEFORE the real time.
Are there some problems?

I’m not familiar with that command, but does it show the IP address of the queried NTP server? Perhaps it shows it with /packetinfo or /verbose options? Depending on where you are, 0.pool.ntp.org can point to a hundred different servers.
If you keep getting the wrong time consistently, perhaps your own reference clock is wrong? You can compare your reference clock to something like https://time.is/
I confirm that it is my problem: Windows or Windows Domain problem.
Thanks
So you figured out the time offset? What did you do to diagnose and fix it? (Your explanation will help others who encounter the same problem).
