GPSD could not start with boot

Sorry my topic was related to GPSD+NTP to synchronize the jetson, but the problem was that:

This is my *.conf file of my gpsd and I also run the command:

sudo systemctl enable gpsd and sudo systemctl restart gpsd, the problem was that I could not starr gpsd with Boot…

When I purge gpsd and reinstall the problem shows here:

I will appreciate if you can give me some ideas.

The error message says no control socket or device is available for gpsd to read and control. These may be conflicting device instances (some boot script simply alias the tty as pps device, and you cannot open them simultaneously) or the device not ready. Make sure your GPS device is properly populated in /dev before the gpsd boot script.
