precisely the “perception” that is of importance since this is what a potential NTP Pool Client could see when they would request the time from your server from that particular zone.

What is the relevance to local and regional clients of a monitor, e.g., from the USA, Australia, or even Europe perceiving there to be a big offset for a server in Africa, or Asia, when compared to local/regional references, or based on its advanced setup with GNSS-disciplined OCXO or atomic clock, the server is perfectly fine?
