Alcatel uses openwrt.pool.ntp.org vendor zone for its 4G LTE gateways

I question if it’s right for Alcatel to use the openwrt vendor zone for their 4G LTE gateways? I got a device called HH40V from my ISP in austria and it had 0.openwrt.pool.ntp.org and 1.openwrt.pool.ntp.org preconfigured.

Model number: HH40V

greetings, Daniel

Does it run OpenWrt? If yes, I don’t see anything wrong with it.

I do not follow the logic - should half of the world IoT devices use the debian vendor zone then?

Alcatel is a commercial product. I think they should have their own vendor zone.
