Time will be there as long as there is the GPS signal, but the accuracy will be lower without the PPS-signal.
You can check with ‘chronyc sources’ and ‘chronyc sourcestats’ among things, it will tell you how well your devices are working.
The GPS offset seems a bit low to me, but the above commands will help you get it right.
