Too bad, as those where really good offers. Oh well, I tried.
I think the count-down is just a sales tool. 2025 Black Friday offers are still available, a few cents more, slightly different configuration, but mostly comparable. And one can even request a doubling of the monthly quota traffic quota as a bonus, which will likely be needed either way… Available locations keep changing, though.

The EU is looking into these misleading practices and preparing new law to forbid this.
This is so bad, it changed my opinion of RackNerd in total.
I will look for a new hoster before using them again. Be fair or go out of business…!
